Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

EMPEX LLC Messaging Program: When you manually opt in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from EMPEX LLC regarding responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, strategy call reminders, quote follow-ups, service notifications, customer support, and optional marketing or promotional communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the EMPEX LLC messaging program or otherwise have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By opting in to SMS messaging, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

• SMS Consent Sharing: SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website and/or services following any changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
